Sari Cattoni MS, ATC, VATL

Sari is our Certified Athletic Trainer at Glen Allen High School. She earned her Master’s of Exercise Science degree from the University of Toledo where her primary research interest was chronic ankle instability. As a Graduate Assistant, she worked for two years as a high school Athletic Trainer in Toledo. Prior to that, Sari completed her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Sari is nationally certified by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and licensed by the Virginia State Board of Medicine.

Sari also provides massage therapy services to the Watkins Center and Patterson Avenue clinics. She attended the American Institute of Massage and is licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing. Her specialties include deep tissue massage, trigger point massage, myofascial release, and sports massage.

She is originally from Bradford, Pennsylvania and loves running, reading, and being with her dog, Ellie.
